Quality therapy shouldn’t be out of reach.
I believe that cost should never be the reason someone doesn’t get the support they need. That’s why I work with major insurance plans and offer flexible options for those who need them.

How to check your insurance coverage
Not sure what your plan covers? Here’s what to do:
-
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
-
Ask: “Do I have outpatient mental health benefits for telehealth services?”
-
Ask about your deductible, copay, and any session limits.
-
Confirm the provider is in-network (Beth can provide her NPI number on request).
Private pay & sliding scale options.
If you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it, private pay is available. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. Please reach out to discuss what works for your situation — I want to find a way to make this work for you.

FAQ SECTION
FAQ
Q: Does insurance cover virtual therapy?
A: Yes — most major insurance plans cover telehealth mental health services at the same rate as in-person visits. I am in-network with BCBS, Optum, Cigna, and Aetna for clients in NC, VA, and WI.
Q: What is a copay vs. a deductible?
A: A copay is a fixed amount you pay per session (e.g., $20–$50). A deductible is an annual amount you pay out of pocket before insurance kicks in. Once your deductible is met, you typically only pay your copay.
Q: Can I use insurance for divorce or co-parenting counseling?
A: Maybe. Individual therapy sessions related to divorce, co-parenting stress, anxiety, or depression are typically covered when there is a clinical diagnosis. We’ll discuss your clinical presentation and insurance eligibility together during intake.
